I need my best work to be seen. After decades of work, if it is not seen, the long cycle of learning, making, and placing the work where it can be seen is not complete. This is what every serious artist needs, and none of us can do it by ourselves.

 

If you look at the images of my work, that fulfills some of this need. If you like what you are seeing and tell someone else, that carries this cycle a little further.

 

As a sculptor with cast bronze as the final material, there are some particular hurdles to negotiate in getting a sculpture finished and placed where it can be seen: I need the help of very skilled specialists and a lot of money.

 

During the past year a donation has enabled me to have the Dying King cast. This was beautifully done in 2021 at the UAP foundry in Rock Tavern, NY. Some images are on the Dying King Finished Images page. This is the sculpture as it is meant to be: it will eventually be placed outdoors in NM.

 

It's common with work like this (a sculpture takes me years to complete) to cast an edition, which I want placed with public access. So, if you have the means to fund or purchase a casting, and like the work enough to consider doing this, please let me know.

 

And if you know someone ~ friend, artist, collector, gallery or museum people ~ who might be interested in seeing the work, please let them know.
